In the fall of 2011 three friends got the idea to get into the cigar business.
After considering locations in San Marcos, we decided that New Braunfels would be a more suitable location. After a market survey we found the Gruene area in particular offered the most desirable location and opportunity.

The Republic Cigar Humidor & Lounge was established in 2012 for our members to enjoy cigars in a private, luxurious setting.
We strive to make it a place where members can relax and enjoy a fine cigar or exotic pipe tobaccos, watch a sports event or movie, entertain friends, or visit with a client.
Stop by after work to unwind with a like-minded group who enjoy fine cigars.
